Warehouse Operation Senior Manager
Location:Monfalcone, Italy
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Own/ rental Warehouse set-up,including warehouse space planning and layout design & implementation.
2. In charge of the application of related license and business permission in local authorities (e.g, business license, bounded warehouse license, Import & Export qualifications etc.)
3. Set performance goals and KPI for the organization.
4. Responsible for team building, management, assessment and echelon training & guide of warehouse.
5. Responsible for Warehouse Planning in terms of manpower, facilities, package etc. to fulfill customer orders in time.
6. Oversee productivity and accuracy of Warehouse operations, including receiving/put away, internal replenishment, picking, packing, goods returns handling, sample management, as well as inventory and process control.
7. In charge of warehouse -related Customs & Transportation (can be outsourced.
7.1 Responsible for management and control of import & export customs and documentation,
optimize the process.
7.2 Responsible for customs compliance management and risk control.
8. Benchmark with the best-in-class in the automotive industry in service level, productivity. and cost control.
9. Lead in Root-cause analysis and corrective actions to drive continuous improvement in reaching operations excellence.
10. Comply with all safety and health regulations, guarantee goods, employee, facility, device etc. by reinforcing daily execution.
11. Establish and keep good relationship with customer logistics department (especially for Logistics Planning Dept) and smooth communication.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in logistics or business management.
2. At least 10-year working experience in warehouse operation management serving 3rd party, of which more than 3-year serving automotive part industry JIT, JIS.
3. Related license and business permission application experience(e.g, business license, bounded warehouse license, Import & Export qualification etc.) and management experience in Overseas Delivery(customer service), customs & transportation are highly preferred.
4. Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Italian.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor or above degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
2. Working experience with HR management would be preferred
3. Native English speaker come from Europe and basic communication in Chinese
4. Proficient in Microsoft office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
5. Self-motivated; detail oriented; flexible; able to work under pressure
6. Willing to help people
