Founded in 2013, Wrightway Education International Inc. (WEI) is located in Southern California. WEI is professionally engaged in international education exchange and corporation, international youth education curriculum development and implementation, international campsite development and management, and international competition organization and implementation.
Centered on three business sections – international curriculum, international campsite, and international competition, WEI has perennially committed to providing high-quality educational products and services for students who are from 3 to 18 years old. 经理助理 Manager's Assistant
职位描述
负责公司内外的公文办理，解决来信、文件收发、立卷归档等事宜；
制定会议议程，协调安排会议出行事宜，记录并整理会议纪要；
公司印章及证照实用的监管；
负责信访接待、政务接洽工作；
负责公司网页及微信公众号运营及管理；
落实总经理交办的其他工作内容。
职位要求
本科及以上学历，有海外学习工作经验者优先；
2年及以上行政助理工作经验，有资讯、法律、投资等行业助理或/和秘书者优先；
具有较强的沟通能力、优秀的职业素养和服务意识，熟练的英语阅读及写作能力；
耐心细致，学习能力强，具有高度的工作热情，能承受一定的工作压力。
