负责团队客户业绩的稳固管理，包括预算编制、损益控制、人员配备计划、合同等。
丰富知识（数字/ATL/数据）营销战略规划，为客户提供鼓舞人心的咨询服务。
高质量的客户服务基于高级级别的关系管理。
通过不断发展的业务和资源规划，稳步、稳定地发展当前的关键客户。
支持和领导现有企业的合作，探索新的商机，培育竞争优势。
人员管理

Job description
Reporting Line: GM
Number of direct subordinates: approximately 8-9 account service staff at present
Healthcare & Corp. Biz.
Position Responsibilities
Business management
Serve Healthcare & Corp PR account, including crisis management, Healthcare & Corp messaging design and development, executive profiling and speech, key event, etc.
Solid management of the team's financial performance, including budgeting, P&L control, staffing plan, contracting and AR.
Enriched knowledge in (digital / ATL /database) marketing strategic planning, providing inspirational consultancy to clients.
High quality client service based relationship management at senior level (ie Corp Affair Director level and up).
Steadily and stably grow current key accounts through evolving business and resource planning.
Support and lead collaboration of existing business to explore new business opportunities and foster a competitive edge.
People management
Lead and inspire the service team to form coherent work ethics to deliver against agreed targets.
Work closely with key members in their career paths planning and development.
Coach key members of the team to achieve career growth targets.
Management the team and related parties in sorting out resource issues.
Key attributes
Positive life attitude and open mind.
Corp PR experience with in-depth understanding.
Familiar with customer requirements in Wellness & Corp practice.
Strategic planning skills and experience.
Solid account/business management capabilities.
Mature inter-personal and presentation skills.
A collaborative team player while an ambitious and aggressive leader.
Bilingual skills – reading, writing and speaking in both English and Chinese.
