Marketing Operation Manager
Location：Tokyo/Seoul/Moscow/Bangkok/Ho Chi Minh City/Manila/KualaLumpur/
Jakarta/EMEA(Casablanca, Morocco)
Duties：
1. Conduct market research and analysis; explore business development opportunities with optimized collaboration plans.
2. Research local market trends and user demands; provide operation strategies and support execution.
3. Create and execute branding and marketing plans to support overall product development; preferably with previous advertising/social media/TV entertainment experience.
4. Complete content generation/growth opportunity reports for different target marketing countries; develop execution proposals in purpose of continuous user growth,and leverage marketing automation tools to improve performances, including new users acquisition, total active users, and market share, etc.
5. Establish and promote deep communication and collaboration with local KOLs, social media and other digital channels to develop online community reputation and brand awareness.
Requirements：
1. Bachelor’s degree is a must and one of local language skills required(Either Japanese, Korean, Russian, Thai, Vietnamese, Filipino or Tagalog, Malay, Indonesian, Arabic or French. Eligibility to work in the above target countries will be considered as top priority.
2. Minimum 3 years of related experience in content operations, event marketing or branding; preferably with relevant experience in Internet companies.
3. In-depth understanding with local market, especially local culture and Internet development trend.
4. Familiarity of local social media influencers and headhunters.
5. Strong interpersonal skills set with superb written/editing skills.
6. Highly motivated and object-oriented self-starter.

Duties：
2. Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients in the social media and entertainment industry and follow through to a successful agreement;
3. Possess a strong understanding of our product, our competition in the industry and position to leverage them into impactful marketing activities;
4. Propose customize marketing solutions for clients;
5. Research new market trends as well as user insights to leverage them into impactful marketing activities;
6. Execution or attendance of local events or shows
Requirements：
1. At least 2 years working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role;
2. BSc / BA Degree in Marketing, Sales or similar;
3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software;
4. Superior presentation skills and communication skills, both verbal and written;
5. Hands-on mentality and self-driven;
6. Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting;
7. Extensive use of social media and knowledge of entertainment industry, pop culture and viral trends;
8. Proficiency in English;Fluent in French, Italian, Spanish or any other language preferred.
