About Magma Partners
Magma Partners is an early stage investment fund with offices in US and Latin America. Since 2014, we’ve partnered with over 60 companies to help them grow their businesses via private capital investments, mentorship and acceleration.
In collaboration with KrSpace, Magma China formed Kr-Magma Space in this January, with the purpose of bridging Chinese investors with Latin-American start-ups and providing government level support to help Latin-American Companies to promote in China.
At the same time, Magma China is developing our mini program within WeChat. The objective for this mini program is to create a platform for foreigners to showcase their specialties and communicate within the local Chinese business environment . Potential business opportunities can be discovered with different parties through the communication of the built-in translator which eliminates the language barrier, enabling one another to share their professional knowledge and communicate casually.
English Content Manager
Position Responsibilities
Create personalized and brand-relevant content strategies and content to be used across multiple online and offline channels / platforms;
Working with the internal team, lead the development of content strategies and the execution to match the end users' needs;
Create and maintain content roadmaps and workflows;
Conduct interviews and leverage industry best practices to build content governance models, taxonomy, etc..
Lead content audits to identify strengths, weaknesses, gaps and opportunities;
Leverage content analytics and data visualization tools to conduct data analysis and distill insights to drive better content engagement;
Identify opportunities for content testing and measurement. Partner with Growth team on testing and learning methodologies and apply these learnings to the work;
Work with our Marketing Operations Team to determine requirements, platform selection and implementation of content-related technologies;
Establish, enforce and evolve writing style and tone within brand guidelines;
Work closely with Chinese Content Operation Team;
Position Requirements
Native English Speaker;
2+ years of experience as a content writer/blogger;
A strong understanding and passion for social media content writing and design;
Strong writing, editing, creative and strategic thinking skills.
Experienced in conducting content audits and developing comprehensive multi-touch, omni-channel content strategies to develop needed content;
Ability to quickly understand business needs as they relate to a specific industry, then translate complex ideas into an editorial direction;
Messaging and positioning, copywriting and editing;
Internal influence and relationship building;
