HR Advisor -Compensation& Benefit
(International Orientation)

Duties
1. Policy research: Benchmark against the world's leading Internet companies, and conduct market research, information collection and data analysis
2. Program design: Design global motivation plan, attract key talent and keep internal key talent motivated
3. Operational support: Roll out overseas human resource policies and provide operational support, including policies promotion and data maintenance
4. System iteration: Research the best practices of global Internet companies and constantly upgrade(/update) human resource management system accordingly
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above (management and related majors are preferred);
2. 1-3 years' working experience in HR COE or consulting. Fresh graduates with outstanding capabilities will also be considered;
3. Native or native-level English speaker, able to translate (English and Chinese) documents and write reports in English;
4. Data analysis skills + product and user thinking.
