Curriculum Development Director
Job Responsibilities:
1.Overall academic management including curriculum planning and development.
2.Formulation and monitoring of K12 children online English Curriculum standard.
3.Development of educational processes and policies for academic products at different levels.
4.Management and leadership of Curriculum Development team.
5.Ensuring training of faculty on relevant educational technology and technique.
6.Development of appropriate instructional programs and stratified training for relevant team.
7.Conduction of customized teaching guide package to deliver to meet variety of advanced education requirements.
Requirements:
1. A Master’s degree in education or related field;English language skill as idiomatic level.
2. Sound knowledge of American Education System and Experience of Curriculum Development program.
3. At least 6-8 years' experience in managing curriculum development team.
4. A profound understanding of the Chinese education system and Chinese students.
5. Experience in developing a new curriculum for K12 students.
6. Capacity for innovative ideas, the ability to work under pressure, cultural sensitivity and adaptability.

Teacher Trainer
Job Description:
1. Chinese/Foreign teacher training: targeted at both Chinese/Foreign K12 teachers.
2. Training system building: build training system for K12 teachers and design implementation solutions.
3. Training course design: develop and classify outlines and contents of training courses.
4. Teacher training practice: participate in Chinese and foreign teachers training and model classroom teaching.
5. Teaching quality supervision and guide: watch classroom teaching by Chinese and foreign teachers, give feedback regarding scores, comments and suggestions for improvement.
6. Others related to teaching, R&D of teaching products, teacher training and teaching administration.
Requirements:
1. English language skill as idiomatic level.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in English, pedagogy, educational psychology or similar, overseas education experience preferred.
3. Working experience and expertise:
At least 4years’ experience in office-based K12 English teaching and over 2 years’ experience in office-based English teacher training ;
Preferred candidates are those with over 2 years’ experience in online English teaching to kids or teacher training in an online training company;
4. Training experience and certifications:
Trainees of systematic training in teaching English to kids preferred;
Holders of such English teaching certificates as TKT (at least 3 modules),CELTYL, CELTA, TEFOL and CELT-P preferred.

2. Office work: fluent user of office software.
