About Weiming Education Group

Currently our business has covered some of the top 20 cities in China; those cities have the population of over 10 million, including Beijing, Tianjin, Chongqing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Wuhan, Suzhou, and Guiyang, etc. We are planning to open up new kindergartens and schools, and expanding our business in 15 out of top 20 cities in China.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Make teaching plan and schedule of school-year/each semester based on the school year objectives and requirement;
• Make plan of school-year/each semester curriculum design, including core courses, elective courses and extra-curriculum based on Michigan HS Graduation Requirements;
• Set up student files management, including all scores(ordinary achievement, midterm achievement and final term achievement) of all subjects, teachers reports etc., and analyse the date and give relevant feedbacks to students, parents and management team separately
• Organize relevant subject tests and examinations, including entrance test, mid-term examination and final term examination;
• Complete other tasks arranged by the leaders
Position Requirements
• Be familiar with ESL course
• Be familiar with teaching aim, content, and requirement of subjects taught
• Integration of ESL course and subject knowledge
• Have the ability of integration and application of Chinese and overseas English curriculum resources
• Computer skills to meet the requirement
• Have the abilities of organization, management, communication, and co ordination
Salary & Benefits:
•￥18000-￥24000/month
• Housing Allowance: ￥3000/month
• Paid winter and summer holiday
• Flight ticket reimbursement:￥10000/year
• Holiday Allowance:￥3000/year
