Business Development Associate
Location: Beijing and Shanghai
Job Responsibilities:
-Establish, build and maintain relationships with host companies for the placement of interns;
-Explore new industries in order to meet the demand for internships;
-Provide perfect match-making between intern profiles and company job descriptions;
-Attend events, seminars and conferences in order to obtain business contacts and to represent CRCC Asia;
-Assist with visa processing, for Business Development Team;
-General support for Program Management Team, including events, logistics, and issue-resolution
Reports to: Respective General Manager/Business Development Manager
Hours of duty: 09.30-18.00 hrs. Monday-Friday
Contract Length: 5-6 months
Position Requirements:
-Excellent verbal and written English language skills;
-Some Chinese language skills highly desirable; candidates with intermediate or above speaking skills viewed favorably;
-Professional demeanor; with strong communication skills
-Must be comfortable in dealing with business leaders;
-Ability to multi-task and manage time;
-Ability to work independently and as a member of a team;
-Ideally have some sales-orientated/HR/recruitment experience (but not essential);
