Global Partnership Engagement Intern
Location: Beijing
Job Responsibilities:
1. Proactively recruit new partner enterprise from global recruitment industry so as to promote Lockin China as a platform for the recruitment resource providing.
2. The abilities of searching, organizing and analyzing information of the recruitment company.
3. Assist to complete overseas business development work, to establish the great connection via international calls and emails.
4. Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
1. Korean and Indian preferred.
2. Good presentation and communication skill.
3. Good office software skills.
4. Positive attitude and detail-oriented.
5. Working 3 days/week minimum.

Regional Cooperation Manager
Location: Beijing
Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial Overseas’ Regional Coordinator to join our Lockin China team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, defining and negotiating Indian partnership opportunities, fully encourage yourself to develop relationship with Indian recruitment platforms in order to establish the great partnership.
Job Requirements:
1. Identify potential Lockin China partners in Indian recruitment industry;
2. Proactively recruit new partner platforms and industry partners in India so as to promote Lockin China as a global platform for the collective exchange and resource sharing by partnering with Indian recruitment platform;
3. Develop and analyses Indian recruitment market based on local experience and selecting potential partner resources to establish solid relationship;
4. Strategically communicate with potential partner and the ability of draft actionable business proposal based on current situation.
Position Requirements:
1. Indian preferred, or whom with working or studying experience in India
2. Fluent in English
3. Good presentation skill and strategically negotiation skill
4. Able adapt to frequent travels
5. Good office software skills, especially PPT
6. Positive attitude and detail-oriented.
7. Able to adopt to frequent world travle.
