Job Description:
- Sales of overseas properties and investments in Florida, USA;
- Generate new business through networking opportunities, referrals, etc.;
- Educate clients on real estate trends and procedures in the US market;
- Provide project training and support to channel partners;
- Prepare and host seminars and private functions for clients.
Requirements:
- Two years of relevant work experience in sales in the real estate industry;
- Bilingual Chinese / English (spoken and written);
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset;
- Self-motivated, organized, and ability to work independently;
- Public speaking / presentation skills;
- Strong negotiation skills.
