Senior Designer – 3D
Position Overview:
The Senior Designer-3D is responsible in conceptualising and implementing innovative, unique and affordable design solutions, which win Client business and adds creative value to Freeman events.

Job Requirements:
1.Conceptualizes, executes and implements innovative, unique and affordable design solutions.
2.Translates creative concepts into accurate production ready working drawings.
3.Works closely with internal and external clients to understand and interpret Clients design requirements and subsequently delivers creative excellence.
4.Works closely with account service teams to create world class creative design solutions and winning pitch proposals.
5. Monitors concepts from inception through preproduction, production to on site final delivery.
6.Has a detailed understanding of production methods,”build” and AV. Builds strong collaborative relationships with Production Services & Vendor Partners.
7.Self-manages own workload and deadlines to achieve all the required deadlines and deliverables.
8.Complies with the Freeman Studio Turnaround times for each required collaterals.
9.Works efficiently to maximize profitably for the business.
10.At times required to be onsite at an event (for set –up and the final event) to ensure the production of deliverables are of high quality and are accurate.
11.Knowledgeable about new technologies and latest innovations within the event industry, and subsequently incorporates them into Freeman event designs to build competitive edge and uniqueness.
12.Takes creative ownership of designated design projects end-to-end. High involvement in production process to ensure the creative designs are optimized and properly delivered.
13.Works as an integrated member of the Freeman team. Show strong teamwork and build strong, productive relationships with Designer colleagues and other departments. Solution focused and service orientated for a positive end result.
14.Ability to offer creative advise, share creative knowledge and provide support to Event Designers.
15.Attends Monthly Creative Inspiration Trips and contribute to Monthly Creative Research Sessions.
16.Operates in full Compliance with the Freeman Studio Operating Procedure
17.Acts as a Freeman brand ambassador to positively influence Client and industry contacts to have a positive view of the Freeman corporate brand and Freeman event services.
18.As required by the business, assist with the creation and delivery of 3D designs and Production Services.
19.Complies with Company policies and procedures.
20.Ensures compliance with OH & S policies and requirements for a healthy and safe working environment.
21.Performs other duties that may be assigned by Creative Director.
Demonstrated communication skills. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Able to converse in English fluently
