Porpose of the Role
➢To lead and deliver or support Project Management Consulting assignments by providing profound project management expertise to our clients.
Consult clients and internal organizations to improve their capabilities to shape, manage and deliver major complex programs.
To lead programs or bigger projects with the aim to maximize the business value and impact of such programs.
To establish and / or support PMO.
➢Support the further development of Ventum China capabilities & brand by delivering outstanding performance and by creating eminence with the ambition to enhance the reputation of Ventum in the Chinese market and beyond.

Essential Skills & Experience
➢2-4 years of relevant program or project management experience.
➢Successfully delivered projects/work streams as a program or project
manager.
➢Successfully applied established project management methodologies.
➢Experience in automotive industry.
➢IT-PM skills: methods, distinct project lead experience.
➢Communicates concisely and effectively to business and IT stakeholders on all levels (workshop facilitation, steering committees, business sponsors, project teams).
➢Has consulting skills in the program / project management domain: provides advise in a compelling way, facilitates workshops and creates well-structured presentations.
➢Good presentation skills.
➢Languages: fluent in English and Chinese, German is a plus.
Education & Technical Background
➢Various fields of studies or specializations are applicable.
➢Bachelor degree mandatory, Master or higher desirable
Business Development.
➢Establishes effective and influential networks which are key to evolving opportunities.
➢Comprehensive knowledge of own skill group and that of Ventum.
➢Supports sales with profitable advantage to Ventum.
Contribution to Ventum
➢Continually delivers all required administration in a timely manner.
➢Has a thorough understanding of Ventum service offerings.
➢Provides inspiring input to Ventum service offerings.
