Duties
➢To lead and deliver or support Enterprise Architecture Management Consulting assignments by providing profound EAM and general IT technical solution architecture design expertise to clients
➢To apply developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business requirements with industry methodologies and best practice
➢To exercise independent judgment and to identify and select a suitable solution for client’s challenges
➢To act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates workshops and team decision making process
➢Support the further development of Ventum China capabilities & brand by delivering outstanding performance and by creating eminence with the ambition to enhance the reputation of Ventum in the Chinese market and beyond

Knowledge & Skills, Essential Skills
& Experience
➢At least 5 years of experience in the whole lifecycle of IT technical solution architecture designing and software engineering
➢Knowledge and experience on new technologies such as cloud computing, big data, mobility, IoT, etc.
➢Solid knowledge about (China’s) automotive industry as well as recent trends
➢Knowledge and experience in enterprise architecture management to bridge gap between business and IT
➢Experience working with web services and RESTful API
➢Solid experience with different fields of IT architecture
--Data architecture
--SOA
--Distributed architecture
--Mobility
--Cloud computing (e.g. AWS, Azure, Aliyun etc.) ventum consulting
--BI and big data analysis (e.g. Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Storm, Flink, R, Qlik view, Tableau, etc.)
➢Knowledge regarding operating systems (MS Windows/ Linux etc.)
➢Knowledge in software engineering such as Agile / SCRUM / DevOps and PM methodologies such as PMI / PRINCE
➢Programming experience (at least one of the following)
--C, C++, C#, Java and latest Java Frameworks
--MS .Net
--Web technologies- and languages
--Script language (Python, PHP, Shell, …)
➢ Good presentation skills
➢ Languages: fluent in English and Chinese, German is a plus
Desirable Skills & Experience
➢EAM certifications (e.g. TOGAF)
➢Experience designing and developing vehicle innovative services, like connected car, mobility, etc.
➢Experience in large scale complex international or China focused project and programs (e.g. Joint Venture based or global roll-outs)
➢Experience in open technologies and ecosystem
Education & Technical Background
➢Various fields of studies or specializations are applicable
➢Bachelor degree in information technology, computer science,engineering or related, Master or higher desirable
