About Beijing Youth Palace
Beijing Youth Palace is a Not-for-Profit organization that provides quality extra curriculum education to K-12 students in Beijing. With joint efforts of Beijing Zoo, Beijing Youth Palace is organizing an activity that allows students to camp overnight in the zoo for the weekend.
Part Time English Teacher (Part-Time)
Company: Beijing Youth Palace（北京青年宫）
Part Time Position
Location: Beijing Zoo
The English Teacher will teach students animal knowledge according to the designed curriculum. All logistics will be coordinated by volunteers in the zoo.
Position Requirements
- Native English speaker (UK, USA, Australia, Ireland, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa)
- BA degree or above
- Passion for teaching and able to effectively communicate curriculum
- Outstanding communication skills
- Outgoing, enthusiastic and enjoys teaching younger students
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Preferred, not required
Part Time Schedule:
- Part Time candidates need to be available for the weekend, (Friday 4pm – Saturday 4pm, Saturday 4pm – Sunday 4pm, optional for the camping)
- There will only be 3-4 teaching hours each day.
- Daily Pay rate: 800-1000RMB/day
- Starting date: 12th April
