The company has opened a new division which is dedicated to developing blockchain technology and apply it to international real estate investments. This position is an opportunity to work in start-up culture which operates independently while still being under the umbrella of a large organization.

岗位职责：
1、市场策划。依据公司整体战略，拟制公司市场战略、市场发展规划和营销策略。
2、市场调研。负责组织市场调研，进行深入的市场分析，提出市场运作的方向性建议，并综合客户的反馈意见，撰写市场调查报告。
3、市场宣传。组织市场宣传工作，塑造企业良好形象。
4、品牌推广。组织市场营销推广工作，制定和贯彻企业的产品策略及政策。
5、 团队建设。负责市场团队建设和管理，对下属人员进行考核，培训市场营销人员，指导营销队伍完成市场营销任务。
7、 对市场营销的总体费用进行控制和管理。

Marketing Director
Location: Beijing
The role is to work within the senior management team to plan and execute the company's overall marketing and PR strategy. The marketing director would need to manage all management level marketing decisions, as well as build and oversee a marketing and PR team to handle the day to day marketing tasks.
Responsibilities would include:
-Develop and implement Marketing strategies and plans to build overall marketing and PR strategy both internationally and locally.
-Direct the activities of our PR agency and build strong relationships with the press, both local and international.
-Lead and build the Marketing team, providing leadership, guidance, critical feedback and training.
-Coordinate promotions and collateral development in integrated marketing campaigns, strategic partnerships and online initiatives.
-Plan and monitor the execution of marketing campaigns.
-Market research, analyse and report performance of campaigns and initiatives, as well as customer feedback.

What you'll need:
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, candidates with marketing, finance, science and technology channel resources, media resources are preferred;
2. At least 8 years marketing management experience, candidates with successful marketing project cases, intelligent hardware or well-known Internet company marketing management experience and innovative marketing ability are preferred;
3. Have sensitive insight into online and offline markets and good business ideas, have a broad vision, strategic vision and rich experience in marketing and strategic planning;
4. Excellent logical ability and decision-making ability, clear thinking;
5. Excellent market development, project coordination, negotiation skills; excellent writing skills;
6. Strong ability of team management, interpersonal communication, planning and execution, strong sense of responsibility, modesty and prudence;
7. Background as marketing director in a large company is preferred
