The Role
Reports to: CEO
Required Commitment: Full time with flexibility on remote work
Preferred: 2 years experience in sales with exception for outstanding cases and preference for B2B sales experience
Work hours: Flexible. No minimum work hours.
Salary plus commission.
All primary communication will be through e-mail so please check your e-mail daily.
Responsibilities
1.Identify and help to develop strategic relationships with potential new clients
2.Assist in lead generation and prospecting activities, including creating prospecting lists, researching clients, and determining qualified leads
3.Utilize social media to assist sales teams with prospecting research
4.Communicate accurate and comprehensive SAGE service information to host organizations, speakers and internal departments
5.Effectively use google system to enter sales, client and speaker information for accurate tracking, reporting and follow-up
6.Assist in the clean-up of client records in our database system
7.Keep up with knowledge of industry marketplace and trends
8.Other duties as assigned
Requirements
1.The BD focused on building clients in English
2. Ability to perform in a start up environment
3.Sales-driven
4.Strong communication skills
5.Proficient in IOS/ Mac/ Google products
6.Excellent sales skills and time management skills
7.Sufficient knowledge of industry marketplace and trends, experience in event industry is a plus
8.Sense of responsibility, flexibility, confidence
9.Self-motivated and action-oriented
10.Excellent problem solving skills
11.Ability to perform effectively under high pressure
