模具专家 Mold Expert

Job requirements:
1.Optimize the existing mold development manual, and customize design manuals for each products.
2.Coach personnel for mold review and design.
3.Based on product line, solve existing problems and prevent recurrence in mold development.
Job responsibilities:
1.Responsible for design review of automotive interior and outer trim. Optimize the product structure from the aspects of product quality, assembly function and development& manufacturing cost.
2.Responsible for the design review of large-and-medium-scale injection molds of automotive interior and outer trim.
Supervise and optimize the product structure from the aspects of service life, rhythm, manufacturing cost and reliability of the molds.
3.Responsible for problem assessment, scheme definition and solutions of interior& outer trim; inspect and provide countermeasures of injection molds.
4.Responsible for personnel training and knowledge standardization.
Qualifications:
1.Major in mechanical, material, automobile or equivalent.
2.At least 10 years of working experience in automotive interior and outer injection mold development.
3.Familiar with the automobile product structure and design concept: Be able to review product data and provide guidance independently.
4.Familiar with the injection mold structure design of automotive interior and exterior trim: review the injection mold data and provide guidance independently.
5.Professional competence in checking& accepting products and injection mold.
6.Understand the injection molding process, mold flow and other injection mold related knowledge.
7.Good capabilities of personnel coaching, curriculum development and interpretation.

Job requirements:
1.Analysis of the failure of water resistance test result.
2.Avoid gas hole during the spraying on PCABS product.
3.Analysis on problems of painted products test
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the analysis and resolution of the problem arose in the product test.
2. Solve technical problems in R&D process of new vehicles, and ensure the technological indexes achievement.
3. Solve quality issues that may arise during coating development.
Qualifications:
1.Professional experience in interior and exterior trim for over 15 years, well understand the R&D process of the famous carmakers.
2.Be able to identify the risk structure and provide improvement suggestions for sprayed product; Strong analysis of the defects of coated products in the test and the paint defects in the project (requisite knowledge of combination matching of injection molding and coating line).
3.Have the capability of CATIA views, familiar with the formation mechanism of test and engineering defects.
4.Basic use of Office software.
