Position 1
Customer Service Specialist
LANGUAGES NEEDED: English/Russian/Spanish/Turkish/
Vietnam/Portuguese/German/Italian/
French/Hindi/Thai/Indonesian
Responsibilities
The role is responsible for ensuring customer service are delivered to our customers at all times and via every communication channel.
Respond to customer enquiries via several channels (Chat and Email), Provide information regarding products / services and other related enquiries.
To provide service excellence so as to develop and maintain customer loyalty.
Assist Supervisor to work on project, handle any other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above
Minimum 1 year's experience in customer service, preferably in finance industry or E-commerce.
Excellent listening, speaking, reading, writing skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient user of office systems, both customer service specific and windows packages.
Confident, articulate, Hardworking, and passionate.
Ability to exceed customer expectations.
Special Notes
Able to cooperate with the shift-type working environment of the customer service center, adapt to work on weekends and public holidays to ensure 24-hour customer service（9am--6pm, 12am--9pm, 9am-9pm,9pm-9am）
Additional night shift allowances.
Working hours as required by national law (triple pay on national holidays).

Position 2
Translator
LANGUAGES: English to Vietnamese, Portugal, Japanese, German, Indonesian, Ukrainian, Dutch or Polish
Responsibilities
Company’s documents translation and optimization on timeline.
Timely translation assessment to ensure the accuracy of translation;
Summarize and sort out relevant translation contents;

Other work assigned by the company and superior.
Requirement
Bachelor degree or above, with experience or certificate of relevant language, priority to candidate with translation certificate;
Minimal 1 years' translation experience, have knowledge of Fin-tech or financial industry, translating experience in related fields is preferred;
Excellent writing ability and translate from Chinese or English to demand language;
Proficient in Microsoft Office software, such as outlook, Excel, word, PowerPoint;
Strong business logic, resilience, communication skills and enthusiasm;
Have a great sense of confidentiality for the internal policies and all information.
