What will be your responsibilities
根据公司业务发展需要，开拓并维护东南亚银行、第三方支付机构等金融渠道；Develop and maintain financial channels such as Southeast Asia local banks and third-party payment companies according to the company's business development.
熟悉公司不同业务，收集整理各业务部门需求，及时进行信息沟通和共享，并按要求提供相应解决方案；Be familiar with different businesses of the company, collect and sort out the needs of each business department, communicate and share information in time, and provide corresponding solutions as required.
主导推进与金融机构合作项目，能独立进行商务谈判和合作方案沟通；Take the lead in promoting cooperation projects with financial companies, and be able to conduct business negotiations and communicate cooperation plans independently.
组织协调公司内部资源，确保与金融机构的合作项目按计划上线；Organize and coordinate the internal resources to ensure the cooperation projects with financial companies go online according to the plan.
管理当地BD团队，及时进行信息分享，共同开拓维护渠道关系;Organize and coordinate the internal resources to ensure the cooperation projects with financial companies go online according to the plan.
Ideal candidate will have/be
本科以上学历，有5年以上工作经验，其中3年及以上跨境支付的从业经验，有东南亚区域银行或第三方跨境支付公司工作经验优先；Bachelor's degree or above, more than 5 years working experience, including 3 years or above cross-border payment working experience, working experience of Southeast Asia local bank or third-party cross-border payment company is preferred.
熟悉跨境支付的业务架构和流程、外汇交易和跨境结算基本知识，熟悉商业银行支付类产品和业务；Familiar with the business structure and process of cross-border payment, knowledge of foreign exchange transaction and cross-border settlement, familiar with payment products and business of commercial banks.
具备良好的沟通谈判能力，有搭建团队并成功领导项目的案例者优先；Good communication and negotiation ability, experiences of building team and leading project successfully is preferred.
具备良好的英语听说读写能力，中文流利；Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing, fluent in Chinese.
逻辑思维能力强，工作严谨，耐心细致，计划性强，责任；Strong logical thinking ability, rigorous, patience, planning and responsible work;
具备一定的东南亚本地银行，支付公司圈子资源的优先；Good relationship with Southeast Asian local bank or third-party payment company is preferred.
