The Role
You will be a consultant giving technical advice and support our clients, help overcoming problems and represent the company and our values.
Consult clients internal organization to improve their capabilities to shape, manage and deliver major complex technical programs
Lead programs or bigger projects with the aim to maximize the business value and impact of such programs
Establish and / or support PMO
Duties
➢Managing projects thereby is a crucial task: scheduling and following up on milestones, ensuring implementation of customer requirements, creating and tracking Open Point Lists as well as giving operational support
➢You will regularly report project status in written form, contribute to alignment meetings and attend strategic steering committees
➢As the responsible project engineer you will regularly report project status in written form and attend in steering committees.
➢Maximises utilisation on complex, large and high-risk assignments
➢Lives the company core attributes: Action, Common Sense, Knowledge, Fun in what we do
➢Flexible approach encouraging others to handle role or situation changes positively
➢Breaks down project scopes into suitable work packages
➢Ascertains client culture and strategic goals developing strong partnerships

Education & Technical Background
➢Bachelor degree mandatory, Master or higher desirable
➢Various fields of studies or specializations are applicable
Knowledge & Skills
➢3 years’ experience in project management background or IT related field
➢Reporting Skills
➢Successfully delivered projects/work streams as IT-program or IT-project manager
➢Experience in automotive industry
➢Successfully applied established project/program methodologies
➢Time management skills
➢Good presentation skills
➢Languages: fluent in English (must), German (can) and / or Chinese (can). Either CN or DE is a must
➢Consulting Industry experience
Industry Knowledge
➢BMW background (must)
➢R&D / Production in Germany or China
➢Consulting knowledge is preferred
System Knowledge
➢R&D: PEP PDM, gAMS, PRISMA, PSDM.
➢Production: TAIS, IPS-L, IPS-Q, IG DOM
Salary
➢Monthly Salary 20k-35k , according to candidate's qualification
