Responsibilities
Cooperate with headquarter to develop strategy of the company and implement it.
Lead a development team with 70+ engineers working on the local/global projects.
Define/Improve the team technical structure and working process.
Recruit engineer and build up team to enhance competence.
Manage project scope/plan/budget and secure the project on-quality, on-time and on-budget delivery.
Advise team members on technology expertise and career development opportunities.
Drive engineering proactivity and creativity to address delivery and motivation issues.
Ideal candidate will have/be
More than 10 years working experience on Software development.
At least 4-7 years of experience in automotive industry.
At least 3-5 years of experience in project/program Management.
Experience in developing technology expertise on a multi-location / global company.
Strong drive to do research in the area of modern technology and business trends like smart vehicle, IoT, AI, mobile and others.
Good understanding on automotive industry and very clear about the potential customers and competitors in Kyiv.Ukraine.
Good reputation and rich technical resource in previous job.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to communicate with people on different levels in the organization.
Fluent English communicative skills, both spoken and written.
