Duties
According to the company's brand strategy, formulate the brand's annual international strategy, including the output of the brand's positioning, planning, and implementation strategies in the international market;
Responsible for user insights in overseas markets, organize agency companies to conduct user research, and output user insights in the core TOP5 markets, brand competition patterns and other content;
Assist in the formulation of corresponding strategies for public relations communication, product marketing, experience marketing, brand training and other related positions to ensure that the execution of the brand at various latitudes conforms to the overall brand positioning and strategy;
From the perspective of the headquarters, promote and export the headquarters brand strategy to the marketing, sales department and customers;
Responsible for the introduction of cross-border cooperation and public opinion of the brand in overseas markets;

Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, advertising, communication, etc., at least 5 years of work experience in a large 4A company or equivalent position in the headquarters of a multinational company;
Familiar with brand marketing planning methods, creative and insightful, with a certain degree of fashion and cognition of beauty, sensitive to new things, and strong writing skills and language expression skills;
Familiar with the entire process of marketing, brand planning, and event planning;
English in working proficiency, good at listening, speaking, reading and writing.
