Internship Position
Consultant Assistant/Researcher
Open for both Chinese and international talents
Working Location will be Beijing or Chengdu
You can choose one of them
Responsibilities:
Assistant Consultant to handle the case, thorough and in depth communication with clients or consultant to understand visible and invisible information about the client and the position.
Indentify target candidates and interview candidates, present candidates’ profiles to clients.
Help consultant to arrange interviews and solve all conflicts and problems during the process.
Provide add value service to client during the recruitment process.
Develop and maintain good relationships with candidates, provide career development advice.
Other tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in study, will graduate in 2020 or 2021.
Open to both Chinese and international talents; English as working Language; fluent Chinese preferred.
Can arrange personal time flexibly and can work with consultant at least three days a week.
Intern experience in HR industry would be a big plus.
Excellent communication skills, rigorous and reasonable.
Mature, Willing to work under pressure.
Hardworking and dedicated, strong sense of responsibility.
