DUTIES
Draft, review all sales, purchase and other kinds of commercial agreements & documents.
Be responsible for solving labor disputes, contractual disputes, and other legal disputes.
Assist or liaise with various departments in order to establish or harmonize the compliance procedure to eliminate legal risks.
Provide advice, do research, or write a report from a legal perspective in order to ensure the smooth and legal operation of the company activities.
Assist in drafting new management procedures and policies and optimizing the current ones.
Provide legal training on local laws or regulations.
Liaise with various regulatory or government authorities, establish or maintain good relationships with the authorities.
Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Master of Laws (LL.M) from a recognized university or college.
Experience in the Automotive industry will be a plus
Strong knowledge of commercial law and Local/EU employment law (preferred).
Fluency in English and local language as the main working language.
Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.
Be flexible and commercially minded.
Good knowledge of analysing legal risks and good ability in logic thinking.
