Its products cover five major categories: life monitoring, electrocardiogram diagnosis, blood purification, medical services and mobile medical care and are exported to more than 100 countries and regions around the world.
Location: Rostock or depending on candate's familiar area
Responsibilities
Manage after-sales service in accordance with company’s overall, such as the establishment of after-sales files, maintenance service records, etc
Provide customers on-site service, such as instrument installation, maintenance/repair, and operational training, etc
Provide online training and technical consulting services for customers
Responsible for steering project deliverables and acceptance (if applicable) by representing company and customers (agents or terminal customers)
Collaborate closely with Sales Manager/ Sales Representative to enhance viscosity of existing users and cultivate customers' brand loyalty to achieve second or multiple purchases
Promptly feedback customer& market information to the company / sales team
Suggest product improvement base on own technical expertise and advantages
# Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above,industrial engineering specialty is preferred.
More than 2 years of aftersales experience in medical apparatus and instrument industry.
Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skill.
Strong command with English and German in both oral and written.
Have a strong initiative & willing to accept the challenge.
Willing to frequent and short business trip
