Purpose
LOCATION: Shanghai, China
Our central computing architecture is bringing us in the era of Software Defined Vehicle. Therefore, we must have strong enabler in our software platform to run all vehicle functions and applications.
Our software platform must address the challenges of mixed criticality (high performance, high safety, high security), real-time coordination, high automation and evolve over the releases to keep all vehicles improving over time.
Duties
Responsible for software platform’s technical direction: general planning, software architecture design, and justify the design with its trade-offs .
Responsible to propose development strategy based on our practice, the ecosystem and the risk management.
Lead teams from architecture to testing to deliver high quality software based on the overall backlog.
Software platform continuous development. Technical level control platform software infrastructure iteration, continuously optimizes performance indicators, maintain core product architecture, and compatibility with all hardware platforms.
Lead the formulation and continuous optimization of software development workflow and specifications.
Cooperate with System and I&V to establish platform toolchain and workflow from design to release.
Responsible for platform tool chain independent development.
Responsible for team organization, recruitment, training and improvement. Organize team to practice agile development with high velocity, efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
10 years above experience with large scale software project delivery and large software team management (multi-site, multi countries). At least two complex projects experience with multi party collaboration.
Experience in critical software environment with performance, safety, security constraints.
SOA practice in automobile industry will have priority. SOA & microservices in other industries are plus.
8 years above software architect experience, Linux experience and virtualization are necessary. Familiar with Autosar, Android and RTOS.
Vehicle domain knowledge of intelligent driving, cockpit and vehicle control, at least two domains on new platform projects experience.
Experience with model-based engineering, CI, CD and simulation. Very familiar with tool chain development.
Experience with CMMI or A-SPICE for development quality management, ISO26262 for safety, ISO21434 for security.
Excellent communication and cooperation ability. Fluent English skills needed for global management
