Duties
Be a key driver for an independent project delivery and benefit from but also invest in long-term customer relationships
Provide excellent business consulting to our customers in implementing agile organizations with a motivated attitude
Shape your clients organizational transformations and anchor an agile mindset in our clients teams
Be a valued member of our agile project and steer as well as execute the setup and coaching of agile teams
Ensure a sustainable implementation of Scrum methodology and agile framework methods
Develop and challenge the organization, controlling, and optimization of “Scrum processes.”
Be an active moderator on client side and also with internal employees
Become a valued member of our pre-sales team and support in internal pre-sales processes/business development and sales activities

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, economics, engineering, psychology or comparable and at least five years working experience
Knowledge of consulting industry incl 4+ years Scrum experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Developer
Certified Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developer, CSP, or similar
Know-How and practical experience in different agile frameworks (Scrum, Scrum-scaling frameworks such as e.g., LeSS, SAFe, Nexus, or extreme programming)
Know-how and experience in methodologies like Kanban or estimation procedures
Excellent knowledge of collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
Completed coaching education and relevant coaching experience
Basic knowledge in automation of software development processes (continuous integration, test automation) and first experience with DevOps
Chinese in native level, advanced proficiency in English. German is a plus.
