01 Location
Frankfurt a. M., working remotely from other cities in Germany is acceptable
Business trips within Germany required
02 Duties
Independently prepare a standardized technical plan (chassis direction), display and recommend it to target customers
Cooperate with sales to establish a good customer relationship with customers and complete customer development.
Good at in-depth technical communication with customers
Communicate and cooperate with the Chinese technical team to compile technical documents required by customers.
Communicate with sales and Chinese technical teams in a timely manner, feedback problems encountered, and provide solutions.
03Qualificatoins
Familiar with the products and technical requirements of customers such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, etc., and have experience in serving related customers.
Bachelor degree or above in automotive engineering related majors
Both German and English can be used as working languages
More than 5 years of working experience in technical support, product manager or R&D positions in the target company
