Investment Legal Counsel

Job Duties


  • Provide legal support for group companies' investment such as trading structure design, negotiation, due diligence, and post-investment management.

  • Provide legal support for group companies' investment such as trading structure design, negotiation, due diligence, and post-investment management.

  • Participate in project negotiation on behalf legal department.



Job Requirements

  • At least five years of relevant work experience.

  • Ability to work in English，Chinese  skills is a big plus.

  • Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility.
