Job Description
You will be responsible for all marketing and communications strategies, as well as overall branding and image for the brand in Spain.
Your duties will mostly includes:
Design, implement and facilitate new strategic vision and powerful brand strategies
Building and manage marketing team members to reach the common goals
Formulate and control annual marketing budget
Discover and implement effective marketing, social media and advertising Channels for marketing and sale of the brand
Be the last point of contact with the deliverable before they are published/distributed and ensure all formatting, aesthetics and content are in‐line with standards
Continually monitors competitor activity including, but not limited to: product line strategy, social media activity, and earned media activity.
Utilize organizational and time management skills to consistently meet deadlines, and manage the team effectively.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial and sales in automotive industry highly preferred
More than 6 years of management experience
Have strong relation and resources with local media，agency and others related resources.
Fluent Spanish and English
Able to work independently: self-starter
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a team builder and leader
