Our client is an independently operated BU under a well-known internet group. It focuses on the global game distribution business.
Full-time job, working from home in the US
Responsibilities
Responsible for recruitment and incubation of overseas game creators, and daily management and assistance of the creator community;
Understand overseas game industry and game creator communities, identify key opportunities, create advantageous incentives, design tools, and content assistance, and be responsible for the experience and ecology of the game creator platform;
Connect products, creators and players, collect and timely answer user opinions, and assist in developing product operation optimization plans; support product testing, multi-language version optimizations, materials localization, etc.:
Set up a scientific data evaluation system to help creators and organizations; establish an effective data monitoring and mining system for creators in different cycles and layers, and discover new product growth points.
Prepare creator growth strategies, and go-to-community strategies, and be responsible for European and American creators' admission, incubation, and partnership management;
Responsible for cold-start of UGC map production and content growth operations;
Plan and execute various To B activities such as product testing and Game Jams;
Assist editor, platform product performance development optimization, and localization optimization.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, over 2 years experience in internet platform/entertainment content operation.
Content understanding, game understanding, creator platform experience is preferred, overseas game operation experience is preferred;
Meticulous logical thinking, keen user insight, user assistance understanding and data analysis capabilities, innovative grasp and curiosity;
Possess good communication skills in Chinese and English, strong execution and learning ability.
