The Role
Mainly responsible for North American market
QA team manager role, key QA project leader
Working location can be: Shanghai/ Guangzhou/ Hangzhou
Duties
Developing and managing long-term successful relationships with Chinese studios by providing industry-leading quality assurance services.
Help with hiring, managing, leading, and training QA team members. Conduct performance monitoring of each tester and the overall team collaboration.
Planning, applying, and adapting test strategies for key projects, and providing guidance and supervision when delegating to test leads.
Work efficiently with another peer QA team leads to deliver around-the-clock testing services to studios when needed.
Create new QA service lines and continuously polish existing QA services to create value for game products through technical and management innovation.
Qualifications
Experience in the QA service industry for at least 5 years.
Familiar with console/PC game QA and third-party QA management.
Proven record with QA team management, communication skills, and customer relationship management skills.
