Duties
Operations: Include but are not limited to administrative support for the US office; Provide insights for getting into U.S. market; Handle employee life cycle process from on-boarding to off-boarding; Liaise with vendors on payroll issues; Apply appropriate policies to ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations.
Talent Acquisition: Perform full-cycle recruitment for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer discussion; Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to on-boarding.
Employee Engagement: Promote harmony and credible working relationships within the organization and maintain positive working culture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and above in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Previous experience in Asian internet companies or Ed-tech industries is preferred.
Ability to understand and manage cultural diversity of workforce and stakeholders.
Demonstrate excellent communication, execution, and problem-solving capabilities.
