Our client is a joint venture between global toy giant and Chinese internet giant, which develops and publishes mobile games based on iconic toy IPs.
Location:
Los Angeles, USA / Hangzhou, China
Duties
Build and execute successful user acquisition campaigns across multiple targets, geos and demographics on critical mobile platforms including: Google UAC, TikTok, Apple Search Ads and more
Champion the cross-functional communication between multiple teams across different geographies and time zones
Present key performance metrics on acquisition marketing for assigned game titles to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
Monitor, measure and report on campaign performance, budgeting, and conduct ad hoc analysis to refine strategies
Continuously optimize campaigns across multiple network partner based on ROAS and LTV
Assist in game lifecycle marketing (soft launch, worldwide launch, etc.)
Work closely cross divisional teams and overseas UA managers to execute coordinated strategic campaigns
Stay current on mobile user acquisition/growth trends, best practices, and competitor strategies
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing
S
trong proficiency with Google UAC, TikTok, Apple Search Ads etc.
BA/BS Degree in marketing, business administration, finance or equivalent
Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to seamlessly execute a plan with multiple stakeholders
A
ble to juggle projects across multiple network partner and platforms
Able to work with teams across different geographies and time zones
Experience working in a metric-driven role focused on ROI

Passion for casual and mobile games
English at native or near native level
