We are looking for a Spanish Customer Service Manager, who is an action-oriented, motivated individual obsessed with customer satisfaction and willing to be focused on preventing and solving customer problems.

HIRING
Responsibilities
Coaching and mentoring teams to achieve their full potential and oversee performance management and assessment.
Optimizing and improving current processes for the benefit of the Customer Service Department
Receiving incoming Spanish phone calls/Emails and addressing any questions, comments, or concerns. Transferring calls and messages to the appropriate parties
Reviewing the daily performance of the department. Reporting any feedback to each appropriate party
Reporting any recurring or important issues to the appropriate party: product teams, internet teams, etc.
Maintaining and updating our training manual and internal wiki
Working closely with internal and external teams in the US and the mainland of China
HIRING
Requirements
Native level Spanish
At least three years of e-commerce customer service experience with at least one-year supervisory experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organization, prioritization, decision-making, problem-solving and conflict-management skills
Strong leadership abilities with the capability to work in a hands-on environment
Good strategic planning and business acumen skills
Good knowledge of retail store operations; knowledge of retail management systems
Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while maintaining standards for productivity, quality, and service
