We are looking for experienced QA Manager to join the Shanghai team.
Reporting to the Global QA leader, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating quality assurance programs across the global markets, as well as working with responsible teams across various business lines to improve user experience.
Performing comprehensive usability testing and analysis to build a deep understanding of our user experience to support strategic decision making.
Conducting in-depth heuristic analyses to uncover usability pain points and information architecture issues on desktop, mobile, and app experiences
Providing direct, tactical, and actionable recommendations to improve user experience, working with various business lines to improve the operational process/procedure underlying the front-end user experience issues.
Conducting comprehensive competitor comparison usability testing and providing a fair quality evaluation between company and competitors.
Creating research plans, recruited participants, conducted user interviews and card sorts, and synthesized data to learn more about the needs and preference of different persona groups.
Bridging the communication between offshore teams and HQ, communicating with various business units.
Delivering presentations that persuasively communicated findings and recommendations to management team and key stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree with experience in the field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experienced in data analysis, operational process, and usability testing.
Sensitive to details.
Great understanding of online customer behaviors.
At least 5 years’ relevant work experience.
Willingness to assist other departments to develop solutions and metrics.
Great communication and administration skills in English.
