Our client is a joint venture between global toy giant and Chinese internet giant, which develops and publishes mobile games based on iconic toy IPs.
Location: Los Angeles, USA
Duties
Analyze marketing performance - Analyze and report the performance of various digital acquisition campaigns and creatives, and help to continuously improve all marketing KPIs.
Collect and process paid traffic data - Run daily data checks for all paid traffic sources, to quickly identify abnormalities and apply effective problem solving methodologies.
Build marketing analytics tools - Help create the tools that will level up our marketing team, including customer segmentation and projections.
Make actionable recommendations - Work closely with the UA team and deliver actionable insights and reports from our vast amount of UA and in-game data, with the goal of improving UA efficiency.
Collaborate across teams - Work cross-functionally with paid media, brand marketing and product teams to define goals, critical metrics, and measures of success.
Be a Marketing Analytics Expert - Stay on top of industry best practices, data privacy policies, and innovative data tools to recommend new strategies to improve our marketing approach.
Requirements
2-3 year of professional experience in data analysis of digital marketing, user acquisition, or related analytics and reporting.
Experience working with data from attribution tools to optimize digital acquisition marketing.
Proficiency in SQL, or other analytic programming languages.
Sensitivity for data quality and deep quantitative analysis skills.
Ability to deliver clean, accurate and understandable data visualization and dashboards and presentations.
Excellent sense of organization and great autonomy, enjoy individual and teamwork.
Good knowledge of Chinese (written and oral).
Knowledge of and passion for games.
