· The Role ·
As a Global Mobility Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global employee mobility strategy to ensure that the company can efficiently and compliantly manage and support cross-border employee transfers and assignments worldwide. You will collaborate with multiple departments and teams to jointly promote the optimization and innovation of employee turnover management, in order to meet the company's business development and individual employee development needs.
Based in Munich, Germany or Sunderland, UK
Develop a global employee mobility strategy, including cross-border transfers, assignments, visas, and tax planning, to ensure compliance with company strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
Lead and manage a global mobility team, provide professional training and development opportunities, and ensure that the team has the ability to efficiently execute strategies.
Work closely with other departments (such as human resources, legal, finance, etc.) to ensure cross departmental collaboration and smooth communication in employee turnover management.
Track and analyze employee turnover data, evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, propose improvement and optimization suggestions, and improve employee satisfaction and performance.
Deeply understand the trends and best practices in the global employee mobility market, and provide support and suggestions for the company to develop forward-looking strategies.
Establish and maintain relationships with global partners to ensure the professionalism and efficiency of employee turnover management.
· Requirements ·
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Human Resources Management, International Business or related fields
More than 8 years of global employee turnover management experience, and at least 3 years of team management experience.
Having a deep understanding of global employee mobility regulations, policies, and processes, able to handle complex cross-border mobility and dispatch issues.
Having excellent leadership and teamwork skills, able to lead the team to cope with various challenges and changes.
Having strong communication and negotiation skills, able to effectively communicate with employees and departments at different levels.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to use data analysis tools to improve decision-making skills.
