The Company
Our client is a comprehensive clean energy asset development and management platform (DEPCO). The company provides professional, customized solutions and services for the entire process of development, design, construction, operation, management, and consulting of distributed photovoltaic power stations.
Responsibilities
Training Plan Development: Participate in the development of training plans and organize their implementation
Training course construction: Organize the construction of training course system, continuously improve training courses, and improve the quality of training courses
Effectiveness evaluation: Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities and providing a basis for work improvement
Assistance and implementation of other training
Qualifications
College degree or above, majoring in training related fields.
At least 1 year of training experience
Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
Experience in new energy or photovoltaics is preferred
Strong ability to create courseware and PPT reports
Have a sense of responsibility and patience
