Leadership: Lead the team, earn their respect, achieve work to the highest standards
Discipline: Apply Pain Chaud Store Rules, procedures and any ad-hoc guidelines
Training: Service skills and attitude, Products Knowledge, presentation and grooming
Work Environment: Makes work an enjoyable place to be
Delegation: delegate to assistant manager relevant daily ad-hoc tasks.
Induction: Welcome new staff and give them orientation training according to their role
Opening/Closing: ensures that opening & closing process are followed at all times
Store Cleanliness: ensures perfect cleanliness, tidiness of the Store at all times (both inside and outside the store)
Store Maintenance: Monitors and manages all maintenance issues.
Kitchen Support: Monitor sales forecast, production quantity and quality by managing additional food production, communicate with kitchen Executive Chef or Head Chef to ensure good quality (take picture, describe quality issue and share directly with your supervisor, making sure that broken products won't be sell)
New Offers/Project Implementation: implements new offers/projects
Health and safety: respect and make sure that all staff respect the hygiene and safety company policies at all time
Staff Planning: Establish Weekly Planning (+share with supervisor every Friday)
Cash management: in charge of cash procedure implementation and follow-up as well as cash accuracy
Cashier & Sales Report: make sure cashier report is properly filled and send sales report every night.
Monthly Sales Target: follow-up daily and explain major variances
Staff Attendance: manage the attendance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, send monthly report to supervisor and accounting department on time.
Staff Evaluation: Evaluate each staff member on a quarterly basis
Sanction: Take any disciplinary action in accordance with the company rules and after approval of the supervisor
Inventory: manage monthly food, drinks and consumables inventory accurately and on time
Losses Management: manage all products losses and waste according to company policy
Consumables: Monitor on going consumables stock and replenish as needed according to company policy.
2 to 5 years of experience in an assistant manager or a manager position in premium retail, preferably F&B
Spoken and written English is a must, spoken Chinese level HSK 3 to 4, French is a plus
