Responsible for after-sales technical support management in the Mexican market
Responsible for the FSA execution and management of technical actions in the Mexican market region
Responsible for the implementation of technical service related work assigned by CIC
Responsible for handling and managing after-sales quality issues in the Mexican market
Complete the tasks assigned by superiors
Have OEM work experience, participate in the establishment and familiarity with after-sales technical support related processes and management systems
Possess certain technical maintenance capabilities and be familiar with the technical principles of various vehicle systems
Skillfully use Office Word, Office Excel, Office PowerPoint, CAD office software
Have good teamwork ability, executive ability, affinity, learning ability, communication ability, coordination ability, data statistics and analysis ability, adaptability and writing ability
