Hiring experienced Training Experts in the heavy machinery field, working location flexible inside South America

Home-based, with frequent business trips

Company

Our client is among the Top 50 global construction machinery manufacturers and Top 500 manufacturing companies in China, the product covers over 10 categories, including bulldozers, loaders, excavators, road machinery, and concrete machinery, as well as spare parts.

The company has the largest bulldozer manufacturing base in the world, and the produce and sales volume of bulldozers has been leading globally.

Job Duties

Responsible for the effective implementation of service policies
Responsible for the correctness and timeliness of training implementation, effectiveness, and materials
Support for Spanish speaking countries in Latin America
Provide product training for heavy-duty mechanical equipment such as excavators to the service personnel of the agent

Qualifications

10-15 years of service and training experience in the engineering machinery industry for products and accessories
Good understanding and familiarity with competitors; Excellent communication and expression skills
Ability to develop training materials
Able to provide suggestions for product improvement
Native Spanish speaker, with fluent English
