EU Country Mananger
Location: Germany/ France, WFH
Duties
Responsible for the establishment of the EU subsidiary, including site selection, organizational structure design, staffing and personnel development, and the establishment of the enterprise management system
Responsible for the operation and management of the company, and undertaking the organization's business objectives
Responsible for market promotion and marketing of company products, and responsible for sales targets
Responsible for managing distributors, including controlling and managing agents, distributors, and intermediaries selling products, to ensure revenue growth rates
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, with more than 10 years of industrial background and sales management and team management experience
Instrumentation, electrical, industrial control, petrochemical, engineering related industry background preferred
Experience in market development and sales of industrial channels, team management, distributor channel management, and brand operation is preferred
Business proficient in English
