The Role
Job Type: Full-time
Location: One year training at the headquarters in Ningbo China, then responsible for India or Mexico business, regular business trips to China.

Basic Requirements
Foreign students with a background in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Supply chain (Graduate in 2022, 2023, 2024 or 2025)

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
Diagnose and fix issues with mechanical equipment and control systems.
Help customers via phone, email, or on-site support.
Create and execute maintenance plans for smooth equipment operation.
Train users and team members on equipment use and maintenance, and maintain technical documentation.
Marketing
Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.
Analyze marketing performance and provide insights
Supply Chain
Assist in the planning, coordination, and management of supply chain operations.
Analyze supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers.
Ensure timely delivery of products and optimize inventory levels.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Supply Chain Management, or related fields).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to work and reside in India/Mexico long-term.
Indian/Mexican nationality preferred.

Salary&Benefits
Annual salary (for fresh graduates in China): starting from ¥100,000 to ¥180,000
Paid annual leave and Long spring break
