Your Role
HR Intern - Mexican Business
Location: Hangzhou, China
We are looking for an intern who is interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources and has a strong interest in Home furnishing industry. As an HR intern supporting the Mexican business, you will be mainly responsible for assisting the supervisor in communicating between the group headquarters and the Mexican team. You will have the opportunity to participate in multiple HR modules such as recruitment, employee management, training, employee relations, etc.. Through practice and learning, you will lay a solid foundation for future career development.
We want you if you are/have
Mexican students, studying in Hangzhou or nearby cities, will graduate in 2024, human resources, business management or related majors preferred
Native Spanish speaker, fluent in business English, and able to communicate in Chinese.Willing to return to Mexico for work in the future.
Have a strong interest in the field of human resources and be willing to invest time and energy in learning and practicing.
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to withstand pressure, able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
Proficient in using Office software and possessing certain data analysis capabilities.
Able to work at the office for at least three days per week, preference will be given to full-time intern.
