/Job Description/
1.New Product Design and Development:
Participate in the review of mobile phone product design and development, responsible for the entire process from T0 to MP. Establish product specifications, functional design, and technical parameters to ensure the product meets customer needs and quality requirements.
2.Technical Support and Solution Formulation:
Provide technical support to assist in solving technical challenges encountered during the pilot production process. Compile technical documents, design documents, testing plans, and product manuals, etc.
3.Product Testing and Verification:
Responsible for the functional testing, performance testing, and reliability testing of products to ensure they comply with industry standards and customer requirements. Participate in the pilot production and process verification of new products, identify and resolve technical issues in the production process in a timely manner. Analyze test results, improve product design, and enhance product performance and quality.
4.Production Support and Problem Solving:
Provide technical support during the mass production phase, solving technical issues that arise in the production process. Assist the factory in optimizing production processes to increase production efficiency and product qualification rates. Promptly handle and resolve technical failures on the production line to ensure smooth production.
5.Quality Control and Improvement:
Responsible for the establishment and implementation of quality standards during product development to ensure the product complies with industry and internal company quality standards. Analyze the product's performance in the market, collect customer feedback, and continuously improve product quality.
6.Training and Knowledge Sharing:
Provide technical training for internal technical teams and production personnel to enhance the team's technical capabilities. Summarize development experiences, write technical documents, and share technical knowledge and experiences with the team.
/ Job Requirement/
1.Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields.
2.Work Experience:
More than 5 years of work experience in the mobile phone or electronic consumer products industry, with full process management experience from product pilot production to mass production. Familiar with the entire manufacturing process including SMT, testing, pre-assembly, assembly, and packaging.
3.Technical Abilities:
Proficient in the hardware structural design of mobile phones, schematic drawing, PCB design, and other technologies, capable of guiding and reviewing hardware designs. Familiar with communication principles, RF technology, sensor technology, audio and video processing, power consumption management, etc. Possess knowledge in product testing, quality control, and other areas. Understand common manufacturing processes and production workflows, able to work closely with production teams to solve technical issues in mass production.
4.Project Management Skills:
Strong project management skills, able to reasonably arrange development plans and track project progress, ensuring timely product delivery. Experience in team collaboration and cross-departmental cooperation, able to effectively communicate with R&D, production, quality management, and other departments.
5.Problem-Solving Abilities:
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of quickly identifying and resolving technical issues in product design, testing, and production. Able to handle complex technical problems, especially system-level issues that arise during hardware and software integration
