Key Account Director
Location:Germany
Our client is the leader of designing and manufacturing full-automatic coffee machines in China. It is committed to making our products bring more happy and perfect coffee experience to every user.
Responsibilities
Develop new key accounts in Germany and the whole Europe.
Support sales team in the headquarter to manage existing customer relationships, provide local service and work together to create business values.
Define and execute the key account strategy and plans, supported by the team in HQ.
Identify business opportunities and lead the team to create value at your accounts and drive growth.
Attend events and exhibitions to meet customers and present our new products and capabilities. Identify new leads and follow up the leads to develop into real business.
Develop and maintain sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts across functions and sites, incl. executive levels.
Define account-specific pricing, negotiate contracts, ensure fulfilment of commitments and implementation of the commercial policy.
Requirements
University degree, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration.
5 years of relevant work experience in manufactures of electrical or electronics products. Coffee machine manufacturer is advantage and preferred. But other industry is considered.
Chinese or German as native language. Business fluent English skills (written, oral) as a must. A third language is advantage.
Self-motivated, goal orientated, active and positive, and able to handle pressure.
Excellent customer relationship management and presentation skills.
Work in Düsseldorf Germany office and willingness to travel (incl. overnight stay) all over Europe.
