OE (OTR) Sales Manager

Developing new customers in blank markets and targeting end customers. Targeting vulnerable markets, helping existing dealer customers expand their end customer channels.
Provide engineering tire technical service support and product data tracking.
Collect market information to help existing dealer customers expand their end customer channels.
Management of customer basic information.
Management of channel selection.
Designation of price positioning.
Management of product upgrades and development.
Have 5 years of direct sales experience in the tire industry, and no less than 3 years of direct sales experience in OTR products.
Have proven development experience and successful cases of mining clients or fleet clients
Possess market analysis, marketing planning, and customer development capabilities in the engineering tire market, and directly have high-quality and mature engineering tire customer resources or distribution channels, which can quickly execute orders.
Possess technical analysis ability, able to independently access mine research and competitor information, identify opportunities based on information, recommend products, and execute winning strategies.
Possess bargaining power, able to achieve sales based on market competition and increase product premiums in accordance with the company's pricing policies and guidance.
Possess the ability to develop large accounts, actively develop and establish relationships with key decision-makers, guide customers to try out products and obtain continuous bulk orders, and establish reliable long-term cooperation.
Possess service support and tracking capabilities, regularly visit mines, collect product performance feedback, provide various professional suggestions, maintain the company's high-quality services to achieve a positive premium, and make the company's product services superior to competitors.
