International Sales Manager (Korean) 

Location: Guangzhou, China


We are seeking an International Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the international market, with a focus on Korean-speaking regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills in Korean and English, and a proven track record of driving sales growth in international markets. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned regions.

Duties





  • Sales Strategy Development

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion in the international market, with a focus on Korean-speaking regions.

  2. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs in the target markets.

  3. Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for the international sales team.

  • Dealer Relationship Management

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential dealer in the Korean l market.

  2. Provide excellent customer service, including pre-sales support, after-sales service, and timely response to customer inquiries.

  3. Regularly visit key customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.

  • Market Development and Promotion

  1. Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's products and services.

  2. Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and product visibility in the target markets.

  3. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the international market.






Qualifications





  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in international sales, with a focus on Korean-speaking regions.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in international markets.

  • Experience in managing a sales team and leading sales projects.

  •  Based in Guangzhou with global business trips.
